Foundation Studio terms

These are the terms of the Foundation Studio offer, in plain words. All prices include GST.

1. Who can be a Foundation Studio

1. A studio that joins Wunda Studio by 31 December 2026, and commits in writing to moving across to Wunda Studio by 31 March 2027.
2. Foundation places close on 31 December 2026.
3. We may grant or extend Foundation status at our discretion. That discretion only ever works in a studio's favour.

2. Free until 31 December 2026

Foundation Studios use Wunda Studio free until 31 December 2026, with no card details needed.

3. Switch credit: up to 3 more months free

1. For Foundation Studios, the switch credit clock starts on 1 January 2027.
2. Finish moving across by 31 January 2027 for 3 months free, by 28 February 2027 for 2 months, or by 31 March 2027 for 1 month. A studio that finishes in December 2026 gets the full 3 months, from 1 January 2027.
3. Your payments start in January 2027, on the plan you choose. Once your move is finished, your free months are added to your account and come off your next bills.
4. Your move is finished when both of these are done: your old system is cancelled (we'll ask for the cancellation confirmation or your final invoice), and Wunda Studio has been running your studio for two weeks, with your timetable live and bookings or invoices going through Wunda Studio.
5. The credit is free months on your Wunda Studio plan, never cash.

4. Your price, locked

1. The plan you choose when your payments start is locked at that plan's price, for as long as you stay subscribed, whether you pay monthly or annually.
2. The lock covers the plan's standard inclusions. Paid add-ons we release later are priced separately.
3. The lock ends if you change plan (the new plan is at the price of the day) or cancel. If you come back later, the prices of the day apply.

5. If you haven't moved across by 31 March 2027

The price lock ends, and your studio continues as a regular studio at the prices of the day.
