Wunda Studio is a collaborative effort by Pilates studios who were tired of software that made running a studio harder, not easier. We're Pilates software for Pilates studios, built by Pilates people.

Between us, we've taught the classes, chased the invoices and answered the phone between clients. We know how a studio really runs, what a make-up looks like on a Thursday night, and what it costs when the booking system lets you down. So we built the studio software we always wanted, and decided to share it with the Pilates community we love.

What we were tired of, and what we built instead

Just another number in a long list?

We know the feeling. We've been there too. We're small in comparison to some out there, no sugar coating it, but that works in your favour. You're a name to us, not a number. We get to actually know you and what you need. We're able to take feedback from our studios and make changes when they make sense for everyone. We move quickly and make improvements all the time.

Handing over a cut of every booking.

Wunda Studio is one flat monthly price and takes 0% of your bookings. Your success is the result of your hard work, not ours. Why should we take a cut from that? Wunda Studio was built to lift you up, not cut you down.

Hundreds of features you'll never use.

What's the point of offering you 300 features? It just becomes confusing and you end up using none of them. Wunda Studio gives you the features you actually want and need, and makes sure they work to make your studio the best it can be: terms, make-ups, class packs, memberships and health fund receipts, all built properly for how a Pilates studio runs. We're focused on quality, not quantity.

Contracts, and paying to leave.

We don't believe in this as a business strategy. Why would we want you to use something you hate but can't leave because of a contract or exit fee? Wunda Studio has no lock-in contracts and no exit fees. Your data is yours too, and you can export it when needed.

Support on the other side of the world.

We're Australian owned and made. Wunda Studio operates here, your data is hosted here and our team is here. We know the lingo, and we know the landscape. Australia is one big, beautiful country with a few time zones, but we're always on the same day as you.

You talk to us, never a chatbot

When you contact Wunda Studio, you talk to one of us. No chatbots, no ticket numbers, no waiting a week for a reply. Talk to us any day of the week, and we'll reply to any enquiry, generally on the same day. Happy to learn some things by yourself? Great. Once you're on board, there's also an extensive documentation portal with everything explained.

Switching over is part of our job

We'll guide you and help you switch over wherever we can. We'll tell you what's possible and what isn't, what we can do and what you'll need to do. Any service that tells you they can simply copy everything over and you don't have to do anything isn't telling you the whole story. Moving always takes some work on both sides, and we'll be upfront about yours. We won't tell you "she'll be right" and then the first time you log in you realise things are not very right at all. We've seen and heard many horror stories.
